How do I pay?

For upfront fees we accept payments from Visa or Mastercard.  For the monthly subscription we require a direct debit.  The direct debits will start the day the site goes live and come out on the same day for all subsequent months.

How do I cancel the service?

Simply call 07881 784 721 and we will cancel the direct debit instantly.  We will turn off the website two weeks after the direct debit is cancelled.

Which payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard or direct debits.

I don't have word - how can I fill in your form?

If you cannot download our form simply email us at sales@phase10Holidays.co.uk and we will send a simple email version to fill out.  Please note that this will take longer to process than filling out the word form.

Is there a finders fee for recommending phase10Holidays to other holiday home owners or businesses?

Yes, absolutely!  We offer £30 for each new customer you recommend who signs up for a minimum three months.  Plus, if you recommend 10 customers we will give you two years free service!

I am not comfortable editing my website myself - how else can I make updates?

Please send us an email to sales@phase10Holidays.co.uk detailing what you would like changed and we will update your site for you within 24 hours.  Note we will not make changes to the website from phone requests.

I've got a great idea for a new feature - how do I request it?

All our best ideas come from our client base - after all you are the ones who really understand your own business.  If you have a great idea for how we can help you out we would love to hear it.  We are always looking to improve the product so if we like the sound of it you could see your idea become reality.  And as with all new features - as a phase10Holidays client you will get it for no additional cost!
